This module helps you reconnect with your inner child — the tender part of you who still needs to know she is safe, loved, and seen.
You’ll be guided to meet this younger version of yourself with compassion, offering her the love and reassurance she always needed.
Allow the meditation to feel gentle, nurturing, and real. Sometimes emotions may surface — tears, warmth, or relief. All of it is welcome.
Suggested Practice:
Create a small altar or sacred space for your inner child.
Light a candle, listen to the meditation, and place your hand over your heart.
Journal afterward as if writing a letter to your younger self.
“I see you. I love you. I will never leave you.”
